Advancing the Body’s Matter, to Energy, Energy to Message, Message to Emptiness and Emptiness to the Light (the Source-the Tao)
Physical Existence–The Matter Transmutation to Light–Etherial Form
By transforming our Matter to the Light within our physical form, the heart, mind, and spirit, we are moving to a higher frequency, more ethereal form. Thus, transforming dense matter to light in any aspect of life can advance our lives to a new level of being.
Taoist practice, matter-energy-soul-emptines-the source (Jing-Qi-Shen-Xu-Tao) is the Ancient wisdom of Creation and Transformation of the dense matter, can be physical body or any existence, to the lighter form and the light.
Naturally, the light can be the original light, the Soul that is essentially the Source within us.
In the scoop it’s the process of creation and transformation of:
– the Matter—is created in the Kidneys;
– Matter is transformed to Energy–in the spinal cord
-the Energy transmutes to Message– in our head–brain
– the Message transmutes to Emptiness–on pathway from the brain to the heart
-and the Emptiness to the Light (the Source)–is created in the center of our chest–the 4th Chakra or the Soul Temple.
As You Noticed Practice Is A Repetition of Five Phases
– First phase is creation of Matter in our kidneys.
– Second phase is Matter transformation into Energy; (on the way from kidneys up and through the spinal-cord).
– Third phase: the Energy is transformed to Message–in our Brain.
–Forth phase: the Message is transformed into Emptiness; in the pathway from head to the physical Heart.
–Fifth phase: Emptiness is transformed into our original Light
(which is the Source); just left to the Heart’ Chakra, also known as the Ling Gong means the Soul’ Temple.
The essence of this practice is to repeat the invocations through process, and visualization, of transformation of the Matter to Energy, Energy to the Massage, Message to Emptiness and Emptiness to the LIGHT.
Thus, to refine and raise the frequency of our physical form, our organs, systems, cells, our DNA, and RNA and transmute them to more pure, and higher frequency form.
Here is How to Practice
Phase 1: Produce Matter–(Jing)
Body power: Put both palms on your kidneys, in the lower back. Close your eyes gently.
Inhale deeply and at the same time we Visualize golden light vibrating in your kidneys.
Repeat silently one time only: ‘Produce Matter’.
Then hold your breath while chanting silently 4 times: ‘Produce Matter’ X4 times
Then exhale while chanting silently 1 time: ‘Produce Matter’
Repeat this for 6 times, total of 7 cycles.
Phase 2: Transform Matter to Energy–
(Jing to Qi)
Body power: Put one palm right across from navel to the back, and the other palm over the last bone of your spinal cored, in the back of the neck. Close your eyes gently.
Inhale deeply and at the same time we visualize rainbow light moving from the base of your spine and moving up, through spinal cord to the neck.
Repeat silently one time only: ‘Transform Matter to Energy’.
Then hold your breath while chanting silently 4 times: ‘‘Transform Matter to Energy’ – X4 times
Exhale while chanting silently 1 time: ‘Transform Matter to Energy’
Repeat this for 6 times, total of 7 cycles.
Phase 3: Transform Energy to Message–
(Qi to Shen)
Body Power: Leave one palm in the back, right across from navel, and the other palm over the Crown Chakra, over the top of the head. Close your eyes gently.
Inhale deeply and at the same time we visualize purple light vibrating in the brain.
Repeat silently one time only: ‘Transform Energy to Message’.
Then hold your breath while chanting silently 4 times: ‘‘Transform Energy to Message’- X4 times
Exhale while chanting silently 1 time: ‘Transform Energy to Message’
Repeat this for 6 times, total of 7 cycles.
Phase 4: Transform Message to Emptiness–(Shen to Xu)
Body Power: Leave one palm across from navel in the back, and put the other palm over your physical heart. Close your eyes gently.
Inhale deeply and at the same time visualize crystal light vibrating in the Heart.
Repeat silently one time only: ‘Transform Message to Emptiness’.
Then hold your breath while chanting silently 4 times: ‘Transform Message to Emptiness’- X4 times
Exhale while chanting silently 1 time: ‘Transform Message to Emptiness’
Repeat this for 6 times, total of 7 cycles.
Phase 5: Transform Emptiness to Light
(the Source, Original-Light)—(Xu to Tao)
Body power: Leave one palm across from navel in the back, and put the other palm just next to the Heart’ Chakra (where our Soul Temple is located). Close your eyes gently.
Inhale deeply and at the same time we visualize crystalline golden light vibrating in the Ling Gong–area of our Soul Temple.
Repeat silently one time only: ‘Transform Emptiness to the Source’.
Then hold your breath while chanting silently 4 times: ‘Transform Emptiness to the Source Light- X4 times
Exhale while chanting silently 1 time: ‘Transform Emptiness to Source.’
Repeat this for 6 times, total of 7 cycles.
***We can rotate our left and right hand, placed in the back and across from navel in the practice, after full round of 5 phrase X7 times cycle to balance our Yin/Yang simultaneously while practicing.
