The significance of developing a strong foundation is our energy, stamina, vitality and immunity increases.

To illustrate, think of a tree. The #trees have a #roots that are going deep into the ground as deep as their height. Therefore, threes live much longer than human. Also, the best example to visualize is a house, or the building. What is the house without a good foundation?
The exercises to develop a strong foundation take 10-15 minutes per day, and can be done anytime and anywhere. They are simple and can be done on the bus, subway, while commuting to work or play, while walking, and more.
